Contract Executive

Responsibilities

  • Preparing tender contract/BOQ and costing for smooth implementation of projects within timeline required
  • Able to pick up quantities from drawings M&E works
  • Liaise with Designer to work out Design Proposal within client budget
  • Responsible for negotiation, pre & post contract management
  • Provide overall costing support to Project Team
  • Evaluate cost, review of quotation, negotiation with subcontractors/supplier and variation of orders to achieve the most competitive price
  • Perform contractors and suppliers evaluation from time to time as required by ISO
  • Design of mechanical and electrical system for ID fit-out works
  • Ensure final design comply with regulations and quality standard

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Good skill in quantity taking off, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors and pre and post contract duties including tendering
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and Communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients & suppliers
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with integrity to meet tight deadlines
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
